There are different organic products, as we most commonly see for food items like organic grocery, organic vegetables, organic certified food etc. Several researches say that organic foods have higher nutritional value and lesser malefic effects than conventional foods. The reason is that in absence of pesticides and fertilizers, plants boost their production of the vitamins and antioxidants that strengthen their resistance to bugs and weeds.
